Project Manager

This role is responsible for working with our senior project management team to assist and ensure seamless project deliverable execution in bringing our design projects to fruition.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Reading and interpreting design documents, from renderings to full CD sets
  • Analyzing project sites for feasibility and code concerns
  • Assisting in the development and management of project budgets, tracking of procurement activity and coordination with internal accounting teams
  • Assisting in the development and tracking of project timelines, and reporting of project milestones
  • Sourcing & procurement of materials and vendors to meet project-specific needs
  • Coordinating with design and construction-related vendors, including but not limited to architects, engineers, general contractors and custom fabricators
  • Assisting in the bid process and management of vendor relationships
  • Managing the administration of third-party vendor contracts
  • Assisting in the management of General Contractors and TI construction projects, reporting progress and ensuring accuracy
  • Organizing the operational needs for stores and experiential brand activations
  • Planning & coordinating the for build out schedule, including on-site activity
  • Coordinating with on-site teams for build out, and break down when applicable for pop-ups
  • Assisting in the management of client communications

Job Qualifications (required)

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management construction/production-related projects
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with experience managing project stakeholders
  • Superior customer service abilities, with a client-focused perspective
  • Track record of successful project timeline and budget management
  • Experience managing external vendors, with knowledge of the bid process
  • Comfortable with on-site project work
  • A passion for retail and the design and production of permanent stores and experiential pop-ups
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and/or Adobe Suite a plus
  • Familiarity with jurisdictional code research and the permitting process a plus
