ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER

This role is responsible for working with our senior project management team to assist and ensure store design projects come to fruition during planning and build execution.

TASKS TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  • +Interpreting design renderings
  • +Sourcing of material and vendors
  • +Assist in coordination with custom fabricators and other vendors
  • +Assist in Bid Process with General Contractors and other vendors
  • +Assist in developing and managing project budgets
  • +Assist in developing project timelines
  • +Organization of operational needs for store
  • +Planning run of show for build out and break down
  • +Tracking and reporting project milestones
  • +Coordination with on-site teams for build out and break down
  • +Maintain an active role in client meetings and communications

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)
  • +1-3 years of experience in a project management or store/event planning and production related role with a history of successful project completion
  • +Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings
  • +Basic knowledge of the permitting process
  • +Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact with clients
  • +Comfortable communicating with and managing on-site contractors and vendors
  • +Adobe Suite/InDesign skills
  • +Fundamental knowledge of Sketch Up a plus – view renderings, create measurement guides, and ability to cross check details
