PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

This role is responsible for working with our head of strategy and project management team to assist and specialize in facilitating, reporting and analyzing to help ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.

KEY AREAS OF FOCUS:
  • +Assists with project contracts, budgets and invoices
  • +Assists with proposals, agreements and amendments
  • +Facilitates in client billing processes with Accounting Department 
  • +Responsible for project administration workflow (including status review, phone calls and follow-up)
  • +Assist with project status reporting
  • +Manages project closeout procedures
  • +Facilitates the issuance of project team correspondence (meeting minutes, field reports, punch- lists and jurisdictional permit comments)
  • +Proactively pursue opportunities for creating new efficiencies within the team and continued improvement of work processes
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • +Minimum of 3 years administrative / customer service experience
  • + MS Office proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • +Strong customer service skills
  • +Attention to detail
  • +Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
  • +Strong organizational skills
  • +Ability to work both autonomously and as a team member
  • +Ability to meet deadlines
  • +Flexibility to work additional hours and on weekends as needed
  • +Experience in the architecture field helpful
