Prince Tennis Brings the Green Carpet to Midtown

 Season: Summer 2013

Prince Global Sports unveiled it’s “brand experience” pop-up store at The CORNER during the 2013 U.S. Open giving tennis enthusiasts in and around New York the opportunity to be a part of the excitement surrounding America’s grand slam.

Goal: To generate awareness on Prince’s new performance racquets and sneakers launching later that fall.

Lionesque: LG worked with the Prince Tennis and Panman Productions teams to set up the Prince Pop-Up at Lexington Avenue and 47th Street, creating a hub of activity for the brand — featuring appearances from top Prince athletes, a viewing lounge for matches and limited edition merchandise for sale.

Results: Throughout the U.S. Open tournament, fans and enthusiasts lined up along the green carpet outside the Prince Pop-Up to meet athletes, test new equipment and purchase Prince tennis merchandise.
